  Went to the Grassfed griddle and really enjoyed the vibe, seems to be lots of events, we will be back for the open mic night!

  There is plenty to do in the area and the community is nice. We are a fan of the gym and the Korean bbq restaurant downstairs.

  I strongly advise anyone considering this property not to move here. The assistant manager, Shaunacey Black, demonstrated extremely poor management and communication throughout my application process. I completed every required step: rental verification, employment verification, and pay stub uploads. I was conditionally approved and had multiple conversations with the leasing staff. Jermia personally completed my employment verification, and all requested documents were submitted. Despite this, my application was later denied after conditional approval, with the explanation that my rental verification was insufficient. From the beginning, I clearly explained that my prior housing was a sublease, meaning my name would not appear as the primary leaseholder. This was already known and discussed before I was conditionally approved. This would have been my first independent rental, yet the denial occurred after all requirements had already been met. In addition, the environment itself is not professional. There are people openly smoking marijuana on the property, and the overall atmosphere does not feel serious or well-managed. The application process was unnecessarily dragged out, with poor communication and constant delays. I was repeatedly contacted, asked for documents, and then ultimately denied, which felt like being strung along rather than handled transparently. You also would not want to live here if you value professionalism and respect. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt harassed and scrutinized throughout the application process. Decisions seemed inconsistent and subjective instead of based on clear leasing standards. Overall, this property’s management is disorganized and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone looking for housing to apply elsewhere, somewhere you feel respected, welcomed, and treated fairly from the beginning.
