Was looking into renting with them and was already on the fence because it’s incredibly difficult to reach the office. BUT, the algorithm Gods were on my side apparently today because I saw this post on social media about a residents car being stolen from the back parking lot in their caption on Instagram. Absolutely not..

The atrium is a wonderful apartment complex and the staff is very friendly. Any needs you have they will accommodate and the programs they offer for children are wonderful as well.

This is easily the most atrocious place I've ever lived. It's been an absolutely miserable experience and I strongly advise that you stay far away form this place if you desire a safe, cleanly, and pleasant living experience.
The building is infested with pests like roaches, mice, bedbugs, and god knows what else. Pretty sure the BBs came from my neighbors (who have insane screaming fits for hours every other week). There are literal mice in the walls. There are drug addicts that break into the building because it is essentially not secured, and I've seen them passed out in the hallways.
For the bedbug issue, the company and staff they hired out was completely unprofessional. They came from Orkin, and they didn't really even seem to understand the nature of my issue (probably the fault of building staff failing to properly communicate). For anyone that has been through this experience, you know that the most surefire method is heat treatment, but I guess they decided to cheap out and go for chemical treatment. There was little to no communication, there was no active effort to locate potential nesting areas, and overall poor attention to detail.
Most of the equipment in the building in gym is either damaged, or has been stolen. There's a big rack that *should* be filled with dumbells, but the only ones left are a 45lb and a 50lb dumbell. Leg press machine is broken. Assisted pull up machine is broken. It's clear that what is still functioning is barely being maintained. Children are also often left unattended within the gym.
The staff is,... pretty bad. Pretty sure I've done over 30 maintenance requests, and I probably should have been more on it than that. A sizable portion of them go ignored and I have to go through multiple channels, both in person and via their client portal, in order to get things halfway done. If you have a family, and you care about them, PLEASE stay far away from this place. It is essentially ran like a homeless shelter.

Decent looking homes and location, the reasons why my partner and I were looking forward to viewing these, but upon arrival you notice that the building is unkempt. Makes me wonder what type of pest control problems they have. The leasing agent is what really turned me away from this place, I called to be let into the building she answered “yea this the atrium” should’ve known from there how the rest was going to go. We’re walking through the home trying to ask questions while the leasing agent India sits on her butt laughing at instagram memes. At that point I just signaled my partner for us to leave and told her have a great day. Don’t waste your time here.
