- VDVictoria DarwinNov 27, 20251.0So, I've only been here since last Friday, November 21st 2025. I thought that my experience would be better based off of what the "new leasing management " advised. So, let me start from the beginning of this experience and it hasn't even been a full week at this Thanksgiving day. I truly believed what Ms. Tracie and Sharita was selling in the beginning. If you decide to look at the apartments during the day when most of the tenants are sleep or other wise occupied, you might want to reconsider. It smells like an animal kennel and old folks home; they didn't even clean the apartment; they couldn't even get their own parkbyplate mobile app to work , the building is filthy (hallways, elevators, etc...). Trash, bugs (just moved in and found a touch crawling in my bed, so that was trashed). They didn't clean the unit prior to my move in, not the oven, dishwasher, nor anything. I'm not sure who they have but I still have pics and it's not good. So, you put a new refrigerator in but did not clean whatsoever??? They can't even register my vehicle on their own app, the security gate was down (don't know if it was ran into by a vehicle and when asked I was only advised by Sharita that it was like that when she cane in) doesn't ever seem like anything gets fixed or addressed. If you noticed it when you came in then you should put in an emergency call to rectify. I again didn't get my apartment cleaned, no mailbox, no getting my car information for this parkbyplate mobile app that isn't user friendly, roaches, nasty, dirty, smelly building, elevators not working, and poor staff support.
