  Anijae Hoffman-Alvarado is a great leasing professional. She did 5 move ins while also, helping use fill out our paper application and we did a quick move in process. She’s always on it! Great person and great work ethic!

  I lived here years ago and loved it. I can’t complain about Anything. I still live in the springwoods area and it is a good community. I realize some people have had bad experiences, but that will happen everywhere you go and some people will ALWAYS find something to complain about. As I’m looking into apartments in other areas now, I see how much people complain about nonsense stuff. It’s Not a bad area for kids.. there AREN’T people running the neighborhood all hours of the night... and the schools in the área are also great. If you don’t like to hear your neighbors walking around upstairs or in the next house over- I hate to say...No matter what apartment complex you go to, you’re gonna get it. That’s apartment living. I give it 5 stars compared to MaNY others that aren’t even close to it. Side note- I never review anything online , but it’s not fair to see all the negative for someone who is seriously looking for a decent place. Sorry to those who had a bad experience....and NO I am not part of the staff just trying to make this place sound perfect. Good luck!
