  I lived in this community for 4 years and I have to say that most of my experience was positive. The apartments are new and have a good distribution and space. The location is the best. You are near to all the great places in the city. The management team is professional and friendly. The only not to positive thing is that during the weekends and after work hours, there is no one in the building to attend any inquiry. But they will provide you a phone number in case of any emergency.

  Honestly, VERY POOR customer service. I've been trying to reach someone since last year to see a unit and I have not heard anything back as of yet. I have emailed, stop by, called, I even left the handwritten letter in the office and nothing as of yet. As a last effort I scheduled a showing online to be proper and no one was in the office to meet me for my scheduled appointment. It's a shame because I work right down the street and this place would be perfect but the lack of customer service is making me think twice. October 4th 2021. Per their request below I did give them a call and I got the same message to leave a voicemail . I have done that multiple times before and no response. I have called the offsite office, the onsite office, left a note... You name it, I've done it. No one is getting back to me. Very poor customer service. It's a shame since I expected better for a place that is down the street from GW hospital and University
