- SSSommer Orane Sommerville6 days ago1.0The move-in process at Rialto was very seamless, but everything went downhill after that. When I first moved in, the toilet needed a part replaced because it wasn’t working, and the dryer wasn’t heating due to an electrical issue it wasn’t getting enough power. Maintenance temporarily fixed the dryer, but three weeks later, we’re right back at square one. The dryer doesn’t produce heat and now just shuts off on its own. I put in a maintenance request and it’s been days without anyone coming to take a look. On top of that, I was told I’d be getting rails for my closet. It’s been over a month, and I still don’t have them. The bathroom also has mold, and the unit was clearly not cleaned before I moved in dust, grime, and residue everywhere. For the rent being charged, this level of upkeep is unacceptable. To make things worse, I was charged a $50 service fee for a $12 AC bill. I called and asked if someone could reach out to explain this, but no one ever did. So right now, I can’t put my clothes away, I can’t do laundry, my bathroom has mold, and I’m being overcharged for basic utilities. The office is rarely staffed when you go there, and communication is practically nonexistent. If you value cleanliness, efficiency, and reliable maintenance I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
- LLLatorya LisenbyAug 28, 20251.0Don't move here worst mistake of my life I ever made on top of this I paid my rent on my bank card which they will never tell you and charge me 34.00 fee to use my bank card and the manger here is terrible we had a fire in the building and thank God nobody was hurt and the elevators always breaking down this place is terrible plz plz do not move here at all take your money somewhere else

Staff if never anywhere on the property, packages are stolen. Office is unresponsive about any abs everything.
