  Reed Row has arguably the best prices among new apartments in the neighborhood and one of the best rooftop views in the neighborhood I've seen. Also having apartments in a large building with private street entrances are an exception as an apartment type available. Aaron did a great job showing me around the building.

  2101 Champlain St in NW, Washington DC is a great place to rent! The building is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The management team is responsive and professional, and the common areas are always spotless. The building feels secure, and the amenities (especially the rooftop and parking) are a huge plus to me. The location is hard to beat, in my opinion — it’s tucked right in Adams Morgan, close to great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, yet still quiet enough to feel like home. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you are in the process of looking for a prime spot to rent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment in the city!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. Made an appointment to visit the apartments, received confirmation of the appointment and when I got there, the concierge tells me the agents are not available and that she's eating and cannot help me. I immediately left, imagine living there and having a more pressing problem and having to deal with that kind of staff? Horrible low quality service and obviously, overvalued.

  I’m extremely disappointed by the management of these apartments. It has been over a month and I have been given fake promises on my application and amenities refund. In April I was asked to pay the fees which were more than $575 dollars in hopes of an apartment I liked. However after I paid the fees I was told that it miraculously went off the market. I asked them for a refund since I waited for months for something similar in this building but I didn’t get it. In July they said my refund was on its way and I’m still waiting. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I waited for your call but nobody contacted me. Thanks for being dishonest yet again.
