I have stopped coming to the Leasing Office since I was abused and taken advantage of by other Stuff Members here as a Handicap. What they did to me hasn't been resolved and I am very hurt. I am very grateful I met someone with a heart of Gold. Thanks again for your service to me

The website allows you to book a phone call, but no one calls. If you can't even reach them about leasing, I can not imagine the nightmare that it must be to reach anyone once you live there.

I called numerous times during business hours but only ever reached an answering machine. No one responded to the phone messages I left or the messages I sent via the online contact form. If my experience is indicative of how management deals with its residents, probably a good sign to avoid leasing here. Rents also seem high for the area compared to other places I toured—perhaps the apartments/amenities are worth it but I wouldn’t know having not been able to see any of them.
