- SKSerena Khatri-ChhetriJul 30, 20251.0I tried to lease with this place and they wasted three months of my time. I kid you not when I say I left the leasing office sobbing. Amelia was especially unreasonable and the apartment made no attempts to try to help me despite telling them my tight move in date and lead me on with two units both of which turned out to be unavailable. By the time I applied for the third unit, still a month and a half before my move in date, they had fired the individual working on my application and had to "start all over" and could not guarantee my move in date. Completely insensitive, and in the process of verification they asked for projections of income from my ACCOUNTANT. To which, after I provided even that, asked for it to be notarized. Even after asking if once it was notarized they could guarantee my date, they still said no, so I walked out sobbing today. Literal tears (those in the lobby saw me). Do not lease here I have never had such a terrible apartment leasing experience.

Management, concierge staff and the building engineer nolawie so kind. They were particularly helpful while I recover from foot surgery and rooted for me at each stage of my recovery. The building is extremely dog friendly and a dog park at the back of the building.

DardenAug 8, 20191.0As a recent resident I feel like I went from having to engage poor management and responsiveness, to even worse - including maintenance which did not clean/prep 1 inch of apartment prior to my occupancy. Lacks competence, reckless and never have thorough communication. It took several weeks until started receiving package notifications...and other major things that are beyond a bother, including ** pest control needs throughout. ** Seriously, don't follow this mistake; look elsewhere for better standards because whatever you see that you think is 'good' is strictly on the surface!
