I’ve lived here 3 years and have seen 3 or 4 management companies so far. While there have been some good staff members and some cosmetic fixes, the core issues remain.
There’s frequent cigarette smoke throughout multiple floors, recurring late-night noise (loud music/TV between 11pm–6am), and trash regularly left in elevators, stairwells, and the garage. All of those issues have been especially frequent in the last year.
I’ve seen confrontations (yelling between unrelated residents) in the parking garage and once saw (and smelled) dog waste left in a hallway. Basic community standards and quiet hours don’t seem enforced.
There were multiple, serious security incidents involving police a couple years ago that led to hiring overnight security, but I haven’t seen them lately.
Emails to management go unanswered and utility charges (water/sewer/trash) have been triple what I was told to expect at move-in.
I don’t mind an older building, but better management, enforcement, and responsiveness would make a huge difference.

I arrived for a scheduled tour on 1/17 at 4:00 PM. I called at 3:55 PM to let the office know we would be arriving a few minutes late and was told that would not be an issue. We arrived at 4:05 PM and waited until 4:30 PM with no assistance of the tour.
While waiting, we clearly saw the tour guide begin the tour without us despite seeing us standing and waiting in the lobby. She looked directly at us and chose to ignore us completely, offering no explanation, greeting, or follow up. It felt intentional and dismissive.
We attempted to call the building’s number and were connected to an off site representative who tried contacting the on site staff through Teams. Even then, the person at the desk ignored the calls and remained unresponsive.
The staff member was a woman wearing a half worn suit. She appeared professional on top with a blazer but very unprofessional on the bottom which added to the overall lack of professionalism. She had braids and glasses and was the only person present making it very clear who was responsible for assisting guests.
Overall the experience was extremely unprofessional disorganized and frankly ghetto. There was no customer service no accountability and no respect for people’s time. Based on this experience alone I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to thank Ms Sabrina Cato for her excellent services given to me twice. I visit the office on 9/14/24 and 9/20/24 and I loved her patience and how she handled my situation professionally. Her words were comforting "We will take care of you" I also like to thank Ms D another manager whom I met today who was also very helpful and courteous and gave me the clarity I needed. I will report back later after I move in.
