  I’ve had an excellent experience living at Link Apartments, and the credit genuinely goes to the outstanding team that keeps this community running. Ralph in the leasing office has been exceptional. He is responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I need something. Melissa has also gone out of her way to make sure residents feel supported and informed, and her professionalism sets the tone for the whole property. The rest of the staff (Joseph, Gabe, Freddie) consistently goes above and beyond to maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality living environment. From maintenance to management, everyone treats residents with respect and follows through when issues arise. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated, and it truly elevates the experience of living here. Highly recommend.

  Ralph is such a good helper; I moved out and decided to move back in immediately because I’d just such a good experience here and was over w the apartment searching ! The paper work went smoothly and I was able to move back in within the same week of calling!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a great experience at Links Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to Melissa Kopecky, the General Manager. She is incredibly professional, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcome. I also really appreciate how she promotes convenient local services like Dryy Garment Care—it’s such a thoughtful touch that creates a bond for life. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. If you’re looking for a well-managed community with a team that genuinely puts residents first, I can’t recommend Links Apartments (and Melissa!) highly enough

  Link Apartments are truly amazing! The team is always friendly, responsive, and ready to help with anything. They keep the building in top shape and make sure the community feels welcoming and peaceful. The front desk staff is always cheerful, and maintenance is quick and efficient. It’s been such a great experience living here, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

  We recently relocated to DC in March of this year. We looked all over for a new place to live, and absolutely fell in love with Link on H St! Our penthouse has the best view of the city, and everyone is so kind and nice here! The amenities are amazing, and the staff is absolutely top notch! We love it here and can’t imagine a better place to live!
