  I contacted Mr. Johnson based on a recommendation. As I had several prospective appraisers, I spoke with him first by phone and he was very informative without pressuring me to set up a date for the appraisal. When I selected him to do the appraisal, he was able to fit it in his schedule within the week. On the date of the appraisal he was punctual, professional and prepared. He examined the property thoroughly, and provided the appraisal document promptly on the agreed upon date. A true professional and a pleasure to work with!

  Had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Herbert Johnson and his service was excellent. I called him on a Friday and he was there the next day to accommodate my request. He's very friendly, his report was thorough with pics of the inside and outside of my home, he's very familiar with the area and neighborhood and he walked around the neighborhood to get a feel for the 3 different types of homes in my neighborhood to get a true and accurate appraisal. You can't go wrong with selecting his company for your needs ...and his prices were at least $100 cheaper than the rest of the companies I called. Thank you sir :)
