- VAVelvet AuroraMar 22, 20251.0Unfortunately, this is apartment complex is outdated, mice and roach infested, and lacks professional decorum when it comes to executing services and providing maintenance. The building doors are frequently broken into. There’s also car damage from mice because of how filthy the dumpsters are and how they are close in proximity to other cars. Within the TWO YEARS I’ve lived here, I still have mice and a light roach problem (they were here when I moved in!) after 3 separate pest control service requests! There is a lack of care for the renters and the property. The apartments run small. There are still CABLE WIRES running along the walls and inside the closets. Maintenance requests take days to weeks to months to be completed. And when they are, it’s half done. The appliances are old. My garbage disposal hasn’t worked properly since I moved in. Finally after 3 separate service requests, someone came out! It’s still not working properly. There was no heat during the snowstorm this year. No salt on the walkways or the parking lots. Someone also literally broke the door to front of the building. Glass shattered, top and bottom, where many children/single women live, and they allowed it to stay broken until inspection showed up. The door was broken for 4 months through that snowstorm. Just a lot of ‘get over it or do it yourself’. You also can’t receive mail here because of the crime. This is a great apartment for someone who’s in need of EMERGENCY housing.

- AMabdul matinJun 1, 20181.0Slum Lords do not waste your time trying to live here been here going on 3 years they don't fix anything in your unit they lie try to charge you for any cheap items that has no sustainability they children's play area is not feasible unprotected not safe just a lawsuit waiting to happen when it rains it fills with water that takes 3 to 4 days to dry property management Marie McDonald and Jason Willoughby are the worst staff ever they take your money raise your rent with no services at all they took me to court several times and lost their case every time BEWARE BEFORE THINKING OF MOVING TO HUNTWOOD COURTS
