Her responsiveness—along with the helpful concierge staff—made everything seamless. The residents are diverse in age and everyone seems friendly. There was a minor issue with the blinds but the online maintenance portable was quick and efficient. They addressed the concern the next day. It’s only been five months, but the experience has been great so far. I feel comfortable having my dad there.
