  Today we got a letter saying they will charge the entire building if the door keeps getting damage. The thing is the door isn’t being damaged the lock and key just doesn’t work but instead of them taking accountability that the door is just broke they blame the residents, it’s been plenty of times when we come home enter our keys and it just turns. Like what do y'all really think we doing. There is no heavy traffic in our building. Today 1/7/26 we go to leave and we can’t get out the building because the door handle won’t trigger the lock but that’s our fault. Replace the door.

  I’m here once again because I got my shower reglazed less than 6 months ago due to the whole shower peeling within 30-60 days of living here. Now I’m back where I started and I don’t understand why I’m experiencing this again I’m just hitting a year and maybe 2 months and I hate how my tub looks. I’ve been asked “what are you using to clean your bathroom” & i literally use everything down to bleach that is specifically for a BATHROOM !

  I don’t recommend this property at all , communication skill were horrible I had to keep calling to see what was going on with my application then one the application fee is non refundable which I think is crazy took my money just for no one to contact me or inform me of anything I had to call there office multiple times to know what was going on or any updates then when my application was denied for “making to much” no one reached out with a explanation or anything I had to call to find these things out on my own very disappointing.
