It’s a beautiful older building with lots of character, and the location is unbeatable—especially given the price. Ivonne, the building manager, always went out of her way to help with anything we needed. No matter the time of day, she found a way to support us in finding packages, addressing moving questions, and other queries. Elias, the maintenance manager, was always on hand and addressed any issues in a responsible and timely fashion. The other building tenants were respectful and friendly, and we would have stayed longer had we not moved for work. Thank you!

It definitely took a couple of in-person visits to secure my lease and then to handle moving out, but it was worth it and everything was perfect while I lived there.

Ivonne, Elias, and Barbara are kind people and make the Eddystone a home. It is the most affordable (with character too) apartment in Logan Circle. The best location, thoughtful staff, quiet tenants. Thanks for the wonderful years!

You will be told to wait on informative details about the apartments, only to later discover that they have been rented out - without so much of an email or call. Trust at your own risk!

The staff (Barbara and Elias) is simply the best. Barbara took care of the small number of problems I've ever had at the drop of the hat, and always decorates the lobby for holidays. She truly made our building feel like home. Elias has helped me on more than one occasion when I've locked myself out. Definitely recommend living here!
