Don’t be fooled by the “luxury” branding. Connecticut Park Apartments is infested with mice and roaches. When I lived there from 2023-2024, I dealt with rodents crawling on kitchen counters and through my bedroom, roaches coming out of the bathtub, as well as the laundry facilities, and the smell of a dead mouse rotting somewhere in my kitchen (see photos for examples).
Management is slow to respond and clearly more focused on collecting rent than maintaining livable conditions. The building is outdated and neglected — not remotely worth the $2,000+ average monthly rent.
The only redeeming part of my time there was the concierge staff, especially Connie, who was consistently kind and helpful.
If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed home, look elsewhere. This place is a health hazard with a luxury price tag.

Place looked fine, but noticed while filling out the application that on top of the normal 50$ application fee that there is an additional 500$ “Admin” fee if approved. Unexpected and suspiciously high, and is charged to each person applying, meaning they could have milked us 1100$ just from applying before we even sign the lease!

equal hosing violation! I scheduled a virtual tour. When scheduling I brought them to the attention of my ESA dog, on their site they said only pet cats as an ESA is not a pet obviously they said it was okay. Come today, they ghost me for our virtual tour… I call and leave a message no call back. Be aware, they break federal housing laws! And customer service is nonexistent.
