It's truly a gem since it's near two metro stations on either side of 14th St., it's always kept clean, there's a laundry room and gym on site, and any kind of shopping is within a 15 minute walk. The people who live here seem to be families, students and young professionals. Recently had issues with our AC unit and the staff and maintenance was highly responsive and communicative and got it fixed before the hotter days of summer. Their help is greatly appreciated and I want to give a shout-out to Vanessa and the maintenance crew!
