- GLGiovanna Di LauroApr 7, 20205.0I lived at Chatham Courts for almost 4 years and I absolutely loved living there! The building was always kept clean, the people who work there are amazing!! Lennox is one of the most helpful, kind, attentive staff person I've ever come across!! Lena is also wonderful! she's friendly, responsive, professional and just a pleasure to work with, both of them are! Patrick is also helpful and attentive. Whenever I had a maintenance request, it was handled within 24 hours. The building is on the older side and it lacks the amenities of more modern buildings, like a rooftop and gym, but for the price and location it's one of the best buildings in the area. It also has a vintage charm. I'm so happy and grateful for my experience there. I always felt safe in the building and it's conveniently located to metros (Columbia Heights and Woodley Park Metro are about a 10 minute walk and there's a bus line that takes you straight into Dupont Circle and downtown DC almost in front of the building.) I didn't see any roaches or bugs in my apartment in the almost 4 years I lived there. 5/5 would definitely recommend!!!
