  Don’t move here they haven’t fix nun in the unit and want to evict me apt I’m in haven’t had inspection over two years mice running around i have caught over 20 mice top bathroom ceiling leaking please don’t move here mice dropping everywhere

  I was a resident for 5 years since 2015 I will say that I have never had any real issues .My building was quiet most of the time*advantage living across the hall from the property manager Ms Wanda Graves who by the way is very considerate ,prompt and doesnt play.I must say the area around the building is not pleasant.You notice and see certain things and people you would not want to walk out your door to see everyday. Also the units need to be renovated/updated.

  Where do I begin?? Weak infrastructure so parts of my floors are sunk in, when I walk near my kitchen the stove and stuff shakes. Electrical issues, mice, floors so thin I can hear the neighbors conversation. Also my neighbor blasts music so loud that it shakes my floors several days a week. Weak water pressure in my shower and the water is only really hot in the wee hours of the morning. And no counter space. And lastly, my car got broken into last week sometime. And they just went up on rent :). Moving ASAP
