  I have lived at 2701 Connecticut Apartments for almost five years now, and I absolutely love living here! It's a beautiful building, full of really friendly neighbors, and is meticulously taken care of by the wonderful building manager and caretaker team, Santos and Seve. They are friendly and welcoming, and always respond immediately to any question I have - they have helped with maintenance of my apartment, safety in and around the building, and assisted with passing off keys to our pet-sitter. I also love the friendly socials they organize for residents! I feel so at home here and well taken care of, I would highly recommend this building to any prospective tenants.

  Santos and Seve do such an exceptional job of managing and maintaining our homes at 2701 Connecticut! The building is spotless, safe, and incredibly communal, with neighbors saying hello and checking in with each other in the common areas. Santos and Seve always respond promptly to maintenance requests and any other questions we might have, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents' comfort and happiness. Additionally, the units are gorgeous and spacious, with views overlooking Rock Creek Park. I have never lived in a better-managed apartment building or had a more pleasant tenant experience in my many years of renting, in both DC and elsewhere! Anyone looking for an apartment in Northwest DC should make 2701 Connecticut their first stop.

  I lived in 2701 from Jul 2024-Oct 2025. Santos and Seve are so amazing, as is the entire community in this building. There are always flowers in the lobby, quarterly social activities, and timely maintenance whenever needed. Santos replied to every email of mine within the hour and Seve was so helpful with anything we needed (and even helped me move out). The building is old and historic but very updated with new appliances. It is such a warm and welcoming place to live, and I plan to move back here should I ever end up back in D.C.!
