  Mines was a study of the facade rather than the enterior. However, I do think that it has a strong facade.

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience living at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave! It most definitely earns a 5 star rating (I would rate it higher if I could). From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home from the time you walk through the front door. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained with attention to detail. Spacious layouts, high ceilings, ample windows with amazing views, modern kitchen, balconies, and great amenities. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally, often within 24 hours. The common areas are always clean and inviting, and it’s clear that the management team takes pride in the property. The lobby is inviting and a wonderful place to have a seat and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff Michaella, Mel, John, Rueben...and so many others set this place apart. It is a sense of community. The staff knows residents by name, are always happy to help, and even host occasional events that bring neighbors together. If you are fortunate enough to find an opening, I highly recommend it. It has been an absolute pleasure living here!

  Beautiful building, great amenities, luxury finishes, and wonderful service. But the really fun part are the hidden donkeys and elephants, US and DC flags, stars and stripes, and other political motifs. Try to find them all!

  Wonderful living experience, so I highly recommend 2401 Penn Ave as a residence. The apartments are of the highest quality, spacious and well maintained. Management and staff form a highly professional team.The location is excellent, with restaurants, Metro, Georgetown and shopping nearby. Overall my personal rating is 5 * given the quality of lifestyle attained, given first class accommodation, and the high standards maintained by management and staff.

  2401 Pennsylvania Ave. is a superbly run apartment complex. The word “community” is thrown about fairly loosely nowadays, but the attempts of the 2401 management and staff to create a community within this building is commendable and successful. The service to the tenants is characterized by thoroughgoing cheerfulness, a commitment to quickly addressing any question or issue, and a general attitude of “going the extra mile.” From the front desk through the engineering staff, this is a top-flight operation, and we are very lucky to have had the opportunity to rent a unit here.
