  Have been living here for just a few months and although the building is gorgeous, clean, and in a great location, I have encountered several issues that have made my experience unbearable. This includes several lost packages with no explanation, a faulty and very unsafe visitor system that does not allow controlled remote access, very poorly designed appliances inside my unit, and management not following the lease they created and signed.

  Tariro, the lead concierge, is outstanding. Always impeccably dressed, he adds to the property’s polished image while remaining warm, friendly, and approachable. He goes above and beyond, even helping me and others with heavy items, and his team reflects his professionalism with their well-mannered service. Truly a five-star experience every time. I recommend living in this building.

  We moved in this past weekend and so far I absolutely love living at Vermeer Apartments in DC! The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, and the amenities make daily life so convenient and enjoyable. Everyone here is so friendly, from the residents to the entire staff. The team, from the concierge to leasing, has been nothing less than exceptional. The application and screening process was quick and anytime i had any questions, Ju'Rud and Angelica were quick to respond. They are always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making residents feel at home. My family and I are very happy with their services and the overall quality of this exceptional building. Highly recommend Vermeer to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live in SW DC!

  I moved into Vermeer about a month ago, and it instantly felt like home. The tour with Juro’d was smooth and thoughtful — he listened closely to what I was looking for and made sure the space aligned with my needs. The building is spotless and beautifully designed, with standout amenities like a stunning rooftop and peaceful areas perfect for work or relaxation. The staff are warm and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. At the heart of the community is the concierge, Tarik. Always sharply dressed, kind, and gentle, he brings a sense of refinement and warmth to the building. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and helped me get familiar with the building. He’s never let me carry anything heavy when he’s around — always ready to lend a hand and make sure residents are comfortable and cared for. His dedication to making residents feel at ease truly enhances the living experience.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1st visit: “Tarrio the concierge was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked through the door. He greeted me with such warmth and kindness, instantly making me feel at ease. His polite and professional manner set a welcoming tone and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone who can make you feel so comfortable right away, and I truly appreciated Tarrio’s hospitality.” 2nd visit: I’ve visited The Vermeer twice, and each time Ms. Angelica has been an absolute pleasure. She is warm, patient, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel supported—never once making me feel like I had too many questions. Her professionalism and kindness create a welcoming experience that reflects the community perfectly. On top of that, the building itself is stunning. As a doctor who is extremely detail-oriented and particular about cleanliness, I can honestly say this community is perfect for anyone who values a clean, beautiful, and well-maintained environment. Overall, The Vermeer and Ms. Angelica together made my visits exceptional, and I can genuinely see myself living here.
