What made the situation worse was that no one took responsibility or apologized for sending us the wrong item. Instead, staff continued to argue with us and showed no willingness to resolve the issue professionally.
During the interaction, the customer service agent Blanca behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. She began using her phone while we were speaking to her. When we asked her a question, she responded by saying, “I am out of clock,” refused to assist further, and walked away from us.
This level of service is unacceptable. Regency not only failed to correct their own mistake but also showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and effort. To make matters worse, the company charges customers for items that are never delivered, which feels dishonest and misleading.
Based on this experience, I strongly caution others to be extremely careful when spending money at Regency. Customers should not be treated this way—especially when the company itself is at fault.
I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
