  I wrote a review a year ago on this apartment complex and rated it higher than I am rating it now. Although Mongomery Mills is a beautiful place overall there a few setbacks that are disappointing. I will first name the Pros: Good location near the airport, train station, shopping centers, etc. nice view of the river, good walking/biking trail, easy access to the interstate. The Cons: Nosey neighbors, some of whom are racist towards people of color [they wont admit but their actions speak louder hmm], rent is too hard and unable to enjoy the amenities, dirty windows...please for Godsake clean them, entitled neighbors who feel the need to police the apartment complex and involve themselves in matters that do not concern them and management supports this type of behavior. It is unfortunate because the residents cannot enjoy their living in comfort because of this type of behavior. Another Con: beware of the building maintenance bc they cannot be trusted according to what some residents have to say because some belongings may come up missing or tampered with when you come home and realize it....just saying. Unfortunately, Property management is unprofessional and shady as well.

  My wife and I have been living here for about 2 months now. We couldn’t be happier! Well maintained landscaping, courteous and efficient maintenance workers, lots of available amenities, the list goes on and on! The price reflects all the beauty. You get what you pay for! The neighbors are kind, and we don’t hear much once the apartment door closes so the privacy is great! We have a dog, she loves the canal walk and has been thriving in this new location. Being new to the area and new to this type of apartment building, we have had lots of silly questions and Amaryllis and Dana have been the most kind, most helpful and professional management staff! We don’t have a single negative thing to say. Accomodating, beautiful, fully equipped with everything and more we could need on a day to day basis. Never leaving! 😂

  A very clean place with friendly staff and neighbors. Dog friendly and next to CT River also state trail for walking /running.

  I moved in on August 5th, after spending two years downtown Hartford. This is by far one of my best living experiences in Connecticut. The management office staff is very courteous and attentive, the maintenance team is extremely professional. The concrete building, as well as some parts of the basement of the brick building are still under construction. I can’t wait to see how it turns out. I would definitely recommend living here. Oh did I mention we sometimes have breakfast served in the lobby on Fridays ?
