She kept us informed about different aspects of the selling process with daily contact, and we genuinely felt she was our advocate in negotiations with the buyer. Further, upon our request, she referred us to experts (e.g. electrician, handyman, etc) who were immediately available to us to get our home ready for sale. She even went beyond the call in helping us find a home for exercise equipment our buyers did not want. All in all, an excellent experience, and we would recommend Cyd Hamer without question.
