  Packages are stolen on a regular basis. Amazon packages can be sent to a locker off site but other packages that have to be sent to a home address are history. I had a package stolen within 6 minutes of it being delivered. I was told by the off that only the police could request the film of the lobby. The police aren't interested in investing thefts under $50.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Management is horrible, the building is filled with mold, they paint over everything to hide it. Packages get stolen, the cameras inside and outside don’t work. Public health department currently has multiple cases open for them. Lmaoo rent goes up every year with no changes or improvements. Elba and Monica don’t care and yeah, don’t rent here even if you’re desperate. You deserve more! Also everyone living here develops a coughing problem which is coming from the MOLD that they keep saying they don’t have 😂 windows don’t have locks so make sure you bring wood. It’s a joke! I’ve connected with many residents at retro who had the same experience as me, luckily some found better but unfortunately others are stuck at Retro but actively looking for another place to live .

  We called the leasing office for an appointment to view the place. The leasing agent put down our appointment for 1:00 pm at the West Haven location. She never showed after we waited 30 minutes. Me and my boyfriend both had to ask for time off work to come and see the place since they don’t do any showings after 2:00pm. We kept calling the leasing office to see where this lady was but no one ever answered. Comes to show that they don’t care about future tenants let alone probably the people that already live there. We’re excited to see the place but we’re very disappointed with getting stood up.
