  Packages are stolen on a regular basis. Amazon packages can be sent to a locker off site but other packages that have to be sent to a home address are history. I had a package stolen within 6 minutes of it being delivered. I was told by the off that only the police could request the film of the lobby. The police aren't interested in investing thefts under $50.

  After living here for about 6 months now, the apartments themselves are pretty decent. Nothing extraordinary but nice for the price. However, that price is for a reason. When looking at the place, the staff was very friendly, and were helpful. However, after moving in and living for some time, they have gone downhill. It started when the refrigerator was not working so they replaced it. I will say, they replaced it quickly, however they replaced it with a much smaller version. After fighting back and forth and many emails later, they still have yet to resolve the issue. Secondly, they did NOT respond to the issues that were addressed in the move in checklist (which they had thirty days to do). Thirdly, we discovered the heat in our apartment was not working when we went to turn it on for the first time this year. We sent an emergency work order, as well as an email and received no response for 36 hours. It wasn’t until we called the West Haven Health Department that we received a call back from the property management addressing the issue. Lastly, we have had four packages now stolen from the mail area. There have been multiple others as well who have had this issue as we have seen several notes left about packages being stolen. When we sent an email in regard to the issue, the response was that their cameras are down and that we should send our packages to a locker that we can pick them up from. When we toured the place they prided themselves on having cameras but who knows if they have ever worked as I saw another review over the same issue posted over a month ago. This means that their cameras have been down for over a month now. This is an amenity that we are willing to pay for but we are not receiving a service for. If they cared for anything other than receiving money, they would address the issues listed. And I will truly know what type of people run this building if they respond to me with the same generic reply that every other negative review has been replied to with.
