  Lived here a couple years. I’m giving this place a 3 star for a few reasons: 1. The rent is HIGH. Can’t say too much because it comes with the area you’re in unfortunately. They raise it yearly too. 2. The management only seems to want to contact you when they’re threatening to tow your car over .5” of snow lol 3. The residents do not respect the unwritten rule of parking spots. I recommend assigned spots according to location of your unit. It’s pretty bad over on the back end of Alan, especially in the winter when the plows just pile snow over multiple parking spaces which brings me to 4. The plowing and snow cleanup seems to get worse every year. This last big storm there have been piles of snow covering parking spots making it frustrating for everyone to fit. On top of that, they had left a half inch of packed snow on the pavement, also unsalted, as the sidewalks and walkways were also unsalted. Overall, if you aren’t picky and get frustrated with small things like these, it’s a good place to live, it’s a nice area, tucked away in the woods of Weatogue but not far from everything in Avon/Canton/Simsbury. The units are clean and kept well maintained. Everyone here is friendly (aside from the parking issues).

  Great personal staff but careless management staff and half hazard fixes when you have an issue. Not a good fit for the pay check to paycheck lifestyle

  Beware! This company will not allow you to see the lease before you submit the application and pay the application fees. They are not using the standard Connecticut Realtor lease, nor are they using the standard Greater Hartford Association of Realtors lease. It’s always a good idea to read the lease before filling out the application. Look for clauses that insist on 60 day termination notice instead of the standard 30 days, landlord may enter without providing at least 24 hours notice, clause that says you have to pay all of their legal fees without any cap, etc.

  Took a while but did get us a new dishwasher. We still had to use our old one which leaked when we used it for the few weeks waiting for the new one.
