  I cannot speak highly enough of Pat Lahoud and the entire Sotheby’s team in helping me to prepare, list and sell my late father’s house in New Milford. From preparing a Comparative Market Analysis for probate purposes; to helping arrange a small estate sale; to finding people to clean and prep the house; and even to handling an emergency maintenance issue on extremely short notice, Pat was amazing. Once we had the house ready to list, she arranged multiple showings and within less than 5 business days, had multiple offers on the house from which to choose, in the middle of January, not normally thought of as a busy season for sellers. She was, top to bottom, beginning to end, amazing to work with. If I had more properties to list, she would be my top choice.
