  Ten has such a lovely staff, and community! Ten offers many fun events for their residents in their recreation room. I myself am hired to run the Paint and Sips. Each time I show up, I receive a warm welcome from the residents, and staff. They truly play a large part in making the events so special. The room is always lively, with laughter, joy, and a group of wonderful artist! Over time I have had the chance to get to know a few of the residents, and staff. I always look forward to seeing them. Marisa and her staff are very attentive to the residents. The whole community there is so kind and welcoming. The room I host my paint and sips in is spacious, clean, and all around beautiful to look at. There is also a plethora of food, wine, and other drinks offered.❤️

  First i want to say that the quality of the apartment buildings is VERY VERY cheap. The windows are drafty and you will need to seal the door during winter as theres a ton of cold coming from the bottom. Very poor insulation, thats undeniable for any other resident living here. The leasing office seems to hire very young and inexperienced staff to work there who have no clue what to do in the case of an event or emergency. They have failed to even notify when the office was open or closed during severe weather, instead,they sent out "Pet of the month" emails which is not appropriate during a winter snow storm. The kids in the office (Genesis and Emma) will tell you lies and excuses. If you ask for any kind of schedule,they will not give it to you. They lie so much its unbelieveable. This management doesnt acknowledge or take action against valid concerns. Nothing about this place is a community or luxury whatsoever. The snow people have come a thousand times and have done really an amazing job. Suddenly,they switched to a construction company,not a professional snow removal company that is literally scraping the concrete at this point and not making much a difference. They do not even honor their own quiet times, we had the large construction trucks coming at 12am and 1 am when everyone is trying to sleep for work. at 8 am, we had another cat machine coming to do work again. Simply better to organize a REAL schedule and INFORM residents. How is this luxury living??? They DO NOT care here. The positive reviews are FAKE and fabricated by the staff and management. If they dont like you, they will purposely not pick up the phone in their office. Extremely unprofessional, truly a circus of a place. I definitely would not even recommend to stay here even 6 months, your sleep quality will be HORRIBLE.

  What a great place! The management office is outstanding. They are very thorough, friendly, and responsive. There are monthly activities planned for adults and families alike. Nice common area/clubhouse and the pool is awesome. We looked at other apartments in the area, but the property management staff just didn't leave us with a good feeling.

  I didn't have the best experience touring other communities in Trumbull unfortunately so I wasn't expecting much. However, I toured with Emma originally, who is a gem of a person! She was very patient and explained everything in detail which i appreciated so much and we went through the different floorplans until I found the perfect apartment for me! I ended up living at Ten for a year and wow the management team is amazing! Marisa the property manager is always so welcoming and Genesis always had a smile when I walked in. They truly go above and beyond with their events and I am so sad to leave. Thank you for everything!

  We loved at Ten Trumbull for six months in 24/25. We enjoyed our time there. The apartment was well appointed, modern and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the amenities at the complex. We used the gym regularly as well as the pool, game room and movie theater. The lobby was a beautiful with plenty of seating and a lovely fireplace that was always going in the colder months making it a nice spot to relax. We loved the staff. Everyone from the maintenance crew to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office were great. Like many other residents we found ourselves in the habit of popping into the office to say hello and chat for a moment on our way to the gym. They were always welcoming and kind. They made a point to learn our names, ask about our day, keep up with what was going on with us. They went out of their way to create fun and memorable experiences from holiday get togethers, pet of the month awards, poolside movie nights etc that brought the community together and added extra fun. We would highly recommend the community at Ten Trumbull for anyone looking to move to the area.
