    Today I had THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Jen!!!! Today I went to tour the building and I must say VERY impressed!!!! Very clean, and it felt so comfortable and safe!!! Once my lease is up at my apt I will be applying there!!! They answer all questions text, email they will respond. I love the follow up!!! Jen I will be treating you to lunch once I’m there!!! Thank you sooooooo much!!! I will be in touch!! That’s a promise!!!

    My wife and I just moved to CT and have been living here for about three months now and I can't imagine another place I would have lived at. The building is very nice and clean, and the property manager, Jenn, has made our move-in process very easy and stress-free. Manny, the maintenance manager, has also been very helpful and delight to talk to. It is very apparent that these two care about the residents and I haven't ran into an issue that they couldn't help me with. The area is also very nice and convenient. Less than five minutes away from Petco, Walmart and Home Depot, and less than 20 minutes away from Costco and Target. It is also only a 15 minute walk from the Train Station, so my wife and I have had a good time making fun trips into and out of NYC. I highly recommend this place!

    UPDATE - Lofts reply: BLATANT DECEIT&LIES! The response is a JOKE. All of it including the part about entering my apartment without permission&everything else. Dont trust the prop mngr Jenn, she plays games The deception is significant! Dont rent 415: see #3 -bldg has issues if I can feel that on 4th floor:EVERY SINGLE DAY&NIGHT! I said nothing about my rent& Im still leaving! WHY IS EVERYONE MOVING OUT FROM THE 4TH FLOOR? So sad mngt has no clue! I would recommend not renting here. Get rid of the prop mngr& find someone who genuinely cares about all residents.I lived there 3 yrs:leaving soon. These are the issues: 1.Safety issues - stolen bikes:were locked up, people allowing people they dont know into the "secure" bldg, packages stolen, kids check car doors in the pkng lot at early hours of the morning, crazy neighbors - a resident I didnt know stalked & followed me 18 miles to work, I had to call 911 &have police reports from 2 towns & was told by mgmt they couldnt do anything because it didnt happen on the property (even though that's where it started). No concern for safety or dealing with safety issues. 2. The elevator goes down for weeks at a time &there is no communication from mngmnt the entire time.There is only 1 elevator & never any urgency to fix it in a reasonable amount of time, even though there are elderly people that live on the 4th floor - 1 got stuck in the elevator. 3. I wouldnt rent at all but if for some reason you do, dont rent the apartments on the side of the bldng where the "gym" is cause when someone is running on the treadmill you feel every step - your apt vibrates the entire time,especially in apartments 215, 315 and 415 (yes even on the 4th floor).Also people do their laundry all hours of the night, the vibration from the washing machines when they are spinning vibrates so loud it can wake you up.You can also hear traffic from 95. 4. Parking: there is essentially none.There is supposed to be 4 visitor spots for the entire building, but residents ALWAYS park an additional vehicle there & nothing is done.You essentially have no visitor prkng. Other residents with more than 1 car & visitors park their cars in an abandoned gas station's lot across the street from the apartment building. It's a very non-secure area. 5. Water pressure: for 2 years I essentially had no water pressure in my bathroom.I asked multiple times &was told thats as good as it gets. Then I found out the real reason was when the bldg was 1st built the mngt paid the water so they put stoppers on to limit the pressure.They deceived me for 2 years &when I finally figured it out they came &took the stopper off so I had normal water pressure (I was paying my own water the whole time I was here.) 6. Upon moving in I told the property manager I NEVER wanted anybody in my apartment without my permission or me being there. They recently went into my apartment while I was not there &without my permission & without proper 24-hour notice - more deception. Dont trust the prop mngr. 7. In a building just 5 yrs old, there are way too many maintenance issues. I personally have had issues in my air conditioner, water pressure, sink and bathroom drainage when I moved in& a couple of friends that I've met here have had issues with leaky pipes&air conditioning that does not work properly. 8.IMO the price for the apts in this building are too high for the area and for the "amenities".Apts last fall stayed empty for up to 6 months &the only way they could fill them was offering free rent to new tenants.Yet they continuously raise the rent/lease$ of current tenants.The mngt would rather raise your rent/lease &you leave,then let your apt sit empty. No loyalty! 9. Make sure you read every word of the 50-page lease. 10. The only bright spot is Manny our maintenance guy.He is super friendly &nice.There is wide ranging concern among residents about the prop mngr because the perception is she doesnt care for the residents based on conversations with several
