  We are incredibly grateful to have met David, Izabela, and the entire team at Total Home Management. My wife and I were originally in the process of gathering bids for a major renovation of our older 7,200 square foot home. While our plans covered most of what we wanted, we still felt limited. At a friend's recommendation, we met with Total Home. After reviewing the project, they explained that the complexity of the renovation was driving costs higher than a new build. They showed us that by building new instead, we could achieve everything we wanted within a more reasonable budget. There were no hidden surprises, no extra costs aside from a few things that we decided to add and no drama. David and Izabela said that this would be a fun and exciting project for us and that's exactly what it was. Thank you Total Home Management, we couldn't be happier!
