  I am willing to pay more per month for a 4 month lease. But you aren’t willing to be flexible. Your policy says 6 month minimum.

  I’ve been living here for 8 years, and I’ve had a great experience working with the leasing office during my recent apartment transfer, especially Jeff. He was consistently responsive, proactive, and took ownership of the process from start to finish. He communicated clearly, followed through on every step, and made the whole thing much smoother than I expected. He kept everything on track, which made a real difference. Danielle was also very helpful and professional in coordinating and closing the loop on the final details. I really appreciated her support.
