  Jayla and Mike in mgt are the best. They have helped me out with so much. They’re both so nice and professional. I hope they never leave here. I love it here , and thy are always so accommodating with any I need . They’re terrific I wish it was a 10 star review.

  Merion Riverwalk is a visually impressive, modern 250-unit complex with a garage that provides one space per leaseholder. However, the complete absence of any designated guest parking is a serious and ongoing problem. Residents are effectively on their own when hosting visitors, who must search for street parking along Canal Street. Given the number of apartment and condominium buildings in this area that also lack adequate parking, the street is routinely congested and often unusable for guests. Compounding the issue, vehicles park in clearly marked fire lanes almost daily. Despite this being both unsafe and illegal, I have never observed any ticketing or towing. It raises the question of how the City of Shelton approved this level of residential density without ensuring sufficient parking capacity for residents and their guests, especially knowing there was no realistic overflow space available. In addition, my experience with their leasing office felt unusual. When I reached out with a basic question about parking, I received a response at 1:18 a.m. from someone unable to answer it. This strongly suggests their customer service and leasing communications are outsourced to individuals in different time zones, which is not disclosed and comes across as misleading for a property in this price range. Merion Riverwalk is undeniably a beautiful building, but the parking situation alone significantly reduces its value and convenience. For the cost of living here, residents should not have to struggle to host a guest or watch fire lanes serve as makeshift parking lots due to inadequate planning.

  Great community, facilities, space and more importantly people. Jim Capra the head here is absolutely first class, as well as his entire team,: Jerry, Brad, Darlene. Highly Recommend.
