They towed my vehicle. I am handicapped. I could not believe it. I had to get and Uber to the establishment where they towed my vehicle I had to pay $225.00 to get my vehicle out. I am and senior citizen. I will never make a delivery or visit. There again.

Jim is an attentive and dependable leasing manager and always answers e-mails quickly. The maintenance staff completes repairs promptly and are all so kind. The building is very clean and extremely well-maintained. The noise level is very low, other residents are very friendly, and the convenience to downtown is awesome. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for convenience to Shelton, Route 34, Merritt, Route 8 and want to enjoy where they live!
- JSJean-A'Layn S.Jun 16, 20161.0This place is a joke. Yes, the apartments are decent but small. I have to say that Darlene in the leasing office is a liar, misleading, and RUDE. She does not understand what customer service is. She gives false information as well. I was inappropriately charged upon leaving Avalon Shelton for an issue that was brought up prior and I was told by her, "Oh, it shouldn't be a big deal. Don't worry about it." when I was trying to ensure everything was in line for moving out beforehand. Next thing I know $700 had been tacked onto the bill and when I called to nicely resolve the issue she was demeaning and rude. She wouldn't listen and she kept speaking to me as if I didn't meet with her prior to moving out. AND TO TOP IT OFF, we requested a WALK THROUGH upon moving and NO ONE in the leasing office contacted us. They literally just sent the bill and didn't even include us in the final plans AS REQUESTED. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL...
