She was always available for a consult. She got me top dollar with multiple offers for my house. The deal almost blew up, but it was Mary who came up with the solution. She even helped me pack and stage a tag sale! I can't say enough about Mary Taylor and William Pitt/Julia B Fee Sotheby's except you are in exceptionally good hands

There was very little inventory available, and Laurie chased down every possibility. She was and continues to be an invaluable resource, advising us on the all aspects of the area in which we were looking including, value, tax implications, local concerns, and so much more. She introduced us to potential neighbors and gave us countless recommendations. Laurie always had our needs in mind. She was relentless about getting to the bottom of a sceptic issue with one property; suspicious about the findings of one inspection, she insisted on another that confirmed that the first was inaccurate. When we were on the verge of closing , she suggested we look at another because she had concerns. Sure enough, we fell in love with the second. During the negotiation process, she gave us excellent guidance and support. We will be forever grateful to Laurie for helping us find our new home.
