Nothing but good things to say about this place now that I've been here a full year. This was a big deal to me - the snow removal is AMAZING!! Staff is helpful (sometimes a little slow to reply but always helpful and friendly) and positive, not just when you're signing the lease but all the time. Neighbors are quiet and polite, parking is plentiful and the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself is in great shape with beauitful hardwood floors and new appliances. Resigning my lease ASAP!

Leaving a review because I know how stressful apartment hunting can be and want to provide some insight for prospective renters. I’ve lived here for a couple months now and will update my review if anything changes, but so far this has been my experience:
Pros:
- Large apartments - I live in a 1 bed 1 bath unit. It feels very spacious and my only complaint is the bathroom being a tad bit small, but that’s to be expected in this price range.
- Heat and hot water is included in the rent. My electricity bill has also stayed relatively low, even when running the AC and/or heat.
- There are paved walking paths all throughout the complex. This has made it super easy to take my dog on walks.
- Friendly neighbors - I can only speak for my specific building, but my neighbors have been very friendly and respectful. It is relatively peaceful and quiet here.
- There are tons of visitor parking spots.
- Maintenace has been quick to address issues.
- Quick access to the highway and a bunch of stores along the Silas Deane.
Cons:
- I have not personally seen any mice or cockroaches in my unit yet, but during the summer I noticed crickets tended to creep into the apartment.
- My building only has 1 washer and dryer shared between 8 units. They do give you access to other buildings laundry facilities though, so worse case scenario you could go to the building next door if the machines are in use.
- No exhaust fan in the bathroom so you have to be vigilant with keeping the window and/or door open when you shower.
- Dumpsters are a little far away from my unit but quick to access if I’m driving.
- The grounds can be dirty at times. I have to be careful because I have a small dog, and I’ve seen all kids of garbage, including chicken bones, strewn across the ground. Mostly everyone picks up their dog poop though so that’s a plus.
- Some people have had their car tires stolen / cars broken into here. Unfortunately that just comes with living on this side of town, but it’s something to keep in mind.
- There is no ceiling light in the living room or bedroom, so make sure to bring a lamp lol.
Overall despite the flaws, I do feel relatively satisfied living here. Unless you want to spend $2k+ rent at a fancier complex down the street, this place gets the job done.

Pros:
-Free Heat and Hot Water
-Garbage disposal
-Lawn looks decent despite the dog piss patches
-Volley ball court
-Pool
-Visitor parking is spacious
-Location (near shopping malls and businesses
Cons:
-Renewal rate has gone up significantly. It makes no sense as other apartments nearby are valued at a lower rate.
-When I moved in, there were no cockroaches. Now my unit is infested with cockroaches. Pest control came 3-4 times yet I’m still waking up to cockroaches coming from the bathroom and kitchen drains. I’m also seeing them scattered around, some dead, some alive. Pest control left little mouse traps to keep the cockroaches at bay.
-Woke up to two occasions where someone broke into my car and stolen the contents inside, they didn’t leave with much but it shows how unsafe this place is. Today, I woke up and the tires on my visitors car were stolen and the car was left on crates. Turns out, they stole the tires on my neighbors Honda as well. When I called to report this to the leasing office, they just told me to file a report. No interventions to be taken or anything. It’s almost as if they’re in on it by the rate of vandalism that happens. They could install security cameras or maybe have the police department patrol the property frequently, nope! They don’t care. As long as they get their rent money!
-Bathroom has no ventilation, therefore im seeing the cheap paint bubble up around the tub and mold spores growing.
-I can only use 3/4 stovetop burners. If I use the other big one, the electricity in my unit cuts off. Literally, it shuts off like I haven’t paid my bill. So I have to call maintenance to come, move my fridge to access the electrical box to reset the electricity.
I’ve complained about this to both the maintenance team and the leasing office workers and the best they can do is say “that’s strange” or “very odd”.
-The washer and dryer are located in the basement and more than half of the time they’re not working. I’ve been going to the laundromat down the street but it sucks that I can’t even use the laundry machines in the unit I pay for.
Overall: There are better places out there. If you want to be located near shopping malls and business, this place is great. Otherwise, I’d find a place where you didn’t have to worry about your car being vandalized or cockroaches spawning in the kitchen and bathroom.

Good place, poor management. STAY AWAY.
I have been to this place, location is nice, but management is pathetic except Kevin. Judy is rude. She will talk to you based on which country you belong to. Stella and other one are no different. They are even worse and not able to manage and often do mistakes like incorrect lease, forget request etc. If you don't find any other place, you can stay here.
