  Overall, Alterra is a nice apartment complex with good management. Unfortunately, I was surprised with a $400 charge for stained carpets filed upon completion of my final walkthrough of my apartment at the completion / turnover of my lease. During the final walkthrough, vocal comments were made by a property representative that described the condition of the apartment as “incredible” and that there was “normal wear and tear”. As there was no mention to me of the “stained carpets”, I am disappointed with the charge and that there was a discrepancy between comments made during the walkthrough and written notes made after the walkthrough.

  I don't live here, but Gabriela and her trainer provided excellent service. I went with my family and took a tour. She explained everything in detail about the complex. The apartments are very spacious. It's honestly one of our top choices for living, due to its location, safety, and style.
