- CBColin BurnsOct 29, 20231.0Went to tour apartments here with an appointment. The leasing agent no-showed and 15min later emailed me with a made up "emergency" excuse. The maintenance manager (who was friendly, to his credit) showed me around. At the price point these are leasing for, this building is laughable. Very little space and effectively no amenities. The 'gym' is a windowless room with an early 2000s treadmill, and the roof deck is about 20% as nice as the online renderings. A total joke. I would say fair market value for the 2BRs are closer to $3k per month, not $8k.
