  I've been living here for almost a whole month, the process of getting my service dog was a bit of a process but with the help of Zoe and Kimberly I will say they made things so much better.. their patience and help was beyond great.. thank yall so much.

  I deeply regret choosing to apply to live in Rose Hill Estate. This decision turned out to be the worst one I made this year. The management of this place is extremely poor. Their website is dysfunctional and can lead to lost payments and wasted time. Despite being aware of these issues, they have failed to take any steps to rectify them, which is highly disappointing. Furthermore, during the application process, my husband and I felt that we were treated unfairly. We suspect a hint of racism, as they denied our application based on a misunderstanding about my husband's citizenship status. We firmly believe in the fairness of America and hope that this matter is thoroughly investigated. I'm not the only one who has faced such problems with this company, and I intend to closely monitor the situation. It's essential that such issues are addressed promptly and justly. I encourage others to share their experiences as well. Let's work together to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.

  Although my first impression wasn't great, I must give credit where credit is due. The management team at rose hill are collectively ensuring the improvement of the property is their top priority. They have addressed all of my concerns that I have previously observed

  I live here now. It’s a clean community. I enjoy living here. Price is a bit high but with a lot things included.

  Absolutley atrocious management department. They do not listen to their tenants claims and request. There is a leak from people upstairs that had been going on for 5 months that happens about once a week. Mold and mildew was/is forming. You can see it in the ceiling fan. Asksd for someome to come and inspect the situation and to find out why people upstairs can't keep the water in the tub or sink. They have laughed at, ignored and blatantly dismissed their claims. It got to the point where they got very sick and needed emergency services. It is not a very good place to live and whoever runs their office department is an absolute joke. Health board and news agencies have been contacted.
