  Toured here and SoNo central today - both great buildings with great amenities and I am seriously considering leasing. Love a great gym! I work in the city so the location is super helpful as well. Tucker was so fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, kind, thorough, even on a holiday week when I didn’t make an appointment which seemed really above and beyond.

  After 2+ years living in this building my partner and I cannot say enough good things about it. The community manager, Monique is incredibly helpful and responsive. The maintenance calls we’ve needed to make have all been addressed and responded to so quickly. I absolutely love the location for access to NYC (either on the train or the drive right down 95). This area of Norwalk is really walkable and East Norwalk and Calf Pasture is just across the bridge. The apartments are well soundproofed and quiet— the gym is beautiful and the roof and bottom decks are so relaxing to spend time in. Of all the buildings in Norwalk (and there are TONS) I feel really lucky to be in this one. Highly highly recommend!

  My experience at The Platform in South Norwalk has been nothing but exceptional so far. I have to commend and give a special thank you to Monique McClain, Charles Tucker Dennis, and Kyle Bannister for their excellence in service!!! Living at The Platform for about 3 weeks now has been like a breath of fresh air after living in total chaos at The Waypointe on West Avenue for15 HORRIBLE month's. To be at a place where residents comfort, needs and peace of mind matters and is a priority is truly a place for me. The Platform is definitely an exceptional apartment community with a superior team managing it. I am beyond happy and comfortable with calling this place a home and I’m beyond grateful 🙏🏾. If you all didn’t know before you know now that this is the place to be!!! Go Platform Management Team and Spinnaker Real Estate Partners LLC. You all rock!!! Josie L. AKA one very happy tenant 😌😌

  Spectacular luxury apartments. Fabulous amenities. Great location next to the SoNo Train station. Easy stroll to dozens of restaurants and bars. Short walk to the parks and river walk. 2-mile drive to Calf Pasture Beach. Great management (shoutout to Monique and Tucker who are very helpful and friendly). Best of all...the community. We have lived here for 3 years. We didn't expect to, as we had sold our house and were looking to buy. But we built a tight network of wonderful friends. We hang out almost every day - evening cocktails on the expansive rooftop in the evening (see pic). Playing billiards at night. Sharing dinner parties in the spectacular kitchen or outdoor dining/BBQ area with the reflection pool (see pic). Play badminton and basketball on the court. So we decided to stay. Why leave? Parking can be a bit challenging, but you can find a covered garage at the SoNo train station, which is just a 60-second walk away.

  Monique McClain is exceptional. She is always available and willing to assist with any questions, consistently going above and beyond for the residents at The Platform Sono. I have known Monique for several years, and it has been a pleasure to watch her grow into her new role while continuing to provide outstanding support to the community. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care make her an invaluable asset to this company. Thank you Monique for all you do.
