- JRjoann risherFeb 18, 20261.0For over a year, I have been asking for help on the noise level. All through the day, my neighbors don’t make a sound. Their life begins at midnight,& all through the night, they hammer, bang, tap and thud. Quiet enjoyment is a joke! I HAVE contacted management again and again. They conducted a test which lasted exactly 2 minutes & concluded that I just need to suck it up. I guess it’s a joke to them. It’s a nightmare to me.

Kyle in particular is excellent, does a great job addressing all inquires and is very responsive. Units are well done and the place is nice, clean and well maintained. Excellent gym (with cool rock wall), common areas with quality furniture, with new pool table and kitchen, outdoor pool and BBQs. Good office space to work. Great location close to all Sono downtown and easy to walk to train to NYC. Really enjoyed time there and would recommend.

Service requests are handled efficiently by kind, knowledgeable staff. The building is extremely clean with great amenities. The units are spacious with great sunlight and they’re overall quiet. The best of all - you can’t beat a 5 minute walk to the train platform!

I unexpectedly then needed to extend two more months, and was again helped with zero issues. And for those commuting into the city, you can't beat having the train station a mere four minute walk away.
