Great location on the corner of Washington Street and North Water in South Norwalk, CT near restaurants, the Maritime Aquarium, the Sono Collection shopping mall, movie theater and culture galore, plus three amazing restaurants in the building and water views. Amenities including: ample parking, onsite gym, shared work/hangout/lounge areas, and an awesome rooftop with BBQ grill, tables, lounge chairs, and beautiful flowers and planters for residents to grow vegetables. The true secret sauce that makes Ironworks Sono work so well is their excellent staff. The office team and maintenance crew are friendly, accommodating, hardworking and (get this), they actually seem to care and take pride in serving and maintaining the building to make the residents experience the best it can be. It's by far the best deal in town!
