Despite charging their tenants a monthly amenity fee, using the common space is an additional $200 per hour for groups of 3 or more. This includes to use a space that (a) has people walking through it regularly to access their apartments and (b) has a lovely view of workout equipment. Don’t move here if you enjoy hosting and don’t have $1000 to spare for party!

You probably shouldn’t live here if you have more than 2 friends. You’re required to pay an amenity fee if you live there- but here’s the squeeze. If you’d like to use any of the common spaces for any type gathering you’re required to pay a $200 AN HOUR amenity fee and if you don’t book in advance they’ll charge you HUNDREDS of dollars in fees. Might as well take your parents out to the restaurant next door when they visit. If you order the full menu it’ll be cheaper than using any of the common spaces.

As a guest there on multiple occasions I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze for what they offer and what you pay. I have family and friends who have been residents there and don't be fooled for a second that they're a business and will squeeze every dollar out of your pocket.

Outrageously expensive amenities. When touring, a major selling point will be the common areas that you could potentially use. What they will not mention is that will request you pay $200/hour to use those spaces with guests. Additionally, that price point and rule is controlled by a policy external to your lease allowing them to change the cost at any time. There are cameras in the common areas to enforce this, so I hope you enjoy your parties being on tape. Additionally the buildings are in need of serious maintenence with crooked doors, leaks, and water damage becoming more prevalent as time goes on.

I moved from Minnesota to the East Coast about 10 months ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. From day one, the front desk staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel welcome. The cleaning staff is consistently cheerful and keeps the property spotless — it really shows how much pride they take in their work. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, the team is quick to respond and resolve it, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, this community has truly felt like home, and that’s why I just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I’m grateful to be here and excited for what’s ahead!
