- TGTammy GriffinApr 15, 20191.0Office staff is nice enough, company as a whole is terrible. When I moved here 11 years ago, the lot fee was $320 a month. It is now $565. Ridiculous. You get NOTHING for it. You are responsible for your own lawn maintenance, including mowing, snow removal (they do the road - big deal, not matter where you live they plow the roads), they barely take care of the common area landscaping, there are no amenities whatsoever. You get your water free, that's it. Do yourself a favor, live somewhere else. If I could sell, I would move in a New York minute. Not sure who they are expecting to live in this community but retired folks on a fixed income, forget it.

There are soooo many regulations that it is almost impossible not to be break one and get treated like a criminal. Rates go up every year even though there is no improvement to the park. The only two things you don't get charged for are water and road snow removal. You have to pay for everything else including tree work out of your own pocket. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to live.
