  This review is for Natacha. She is the best. She understands completely about customer service and morality; she works with you. I am a federal worker and when we didn’t get paid it was the most stressful time for me and my family even though they gave us a letter to give our landlord and our creditors. I always worry about where I rest my head. Natacha was very helpful and caring throughout this whole situation you don’t really find leasing agent like that especially for 44 days without pay. Plus you can go to her with any issue and she is on it right away. So yeah Management definitely got 5 stars from me and my family. Respectfully, Judith Oquendo

  I have been waiting 2 months for a new dishwasher. Granted when maintenance did finally come we were away; but then Gabe finally came to bring the keys for the gym that we never got but Natacha was nice enough to give us one key. Gabe came to drop it off Thursday and he said he would come back tomorrow which is Friday with the new dishwasher. My sister waited all day put her plans on hold and no call no show still no dishwasher. We are over it. Give us back the other maintenance guy he was on it and you didn’t have to wait too long. He is missed.

  You all were not lying about Natascha. She was so awesome. She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn’t have any places available yet for what we were looking for , but she still showed us and set a realistic expectation for availability dates. She was honest and open and even gave us other options if we needed something sooner than the availability date they had. The apartments were very nice and we were just about sold, but she was the icing on the cake. Thank you again for your help today!

  Oh, Natascha! This review is long overdue! Had a stressful life event this summer and needed to find a place for my own. I found the complex by chance and decided to take my chances and walked in. Natascha welcomed me, and even “dropped” whatever she was doing and showed me two units that fit what I was looking for. I took the apartment right then and there, and now I have this place that I love and that I get to call home. Natascha made the apartment search experience so smooth, easy and seamless…which is now rare nowadays! Thank you so much Natascha!! I have been in this complex for 5 months now. The maintenance staff is top notch! Putting in a work order is so easy and they get the request handled ASAP. Grounds are kept clean always!
