Urine inside microwave when we moved in. We opened the request ticket in Jun and contacted docksmgr email and 0980 number, and now is Aug still no response. Tickets have been marked as completed twice without anyone contacting us. we are not comfortable using any appliances in the kitchen to cook food for our kids. The microwave, oven, and dishwasher remain in the same condition as when we moved in without single use. There are so many issues in the apartment since we moved in. Not cleaned, water leaking from ceiling, lock not working…but this problem with microwave that has urine in, is just shocking and unbearable. This doesn’t look like an apartment that costs 2500 a month
Edit: If you truly care about resolving this issue, all it takes is checking your mailbox, the details are all there. No one ever contacted us at all.
For the past few weeks, we tried contacting your leasing office multiple times to arrange a move-out inspection and return the keys. No one was ever in the office, and our calls and emails went unanswered. it seems no one is actually managing the property and no one cares. Today we received the mail of statement of 700+ due of mainly cleaning fee, I don’t know what to say but upload more day-one photos we took when we moved in, to show how dirty the room was. You never cleaned the apartment before we moved in and now you are charging us for cleaning when we move out.
What add to the fun is that air con and furnace stopped working, 6-7 times. If anyone plan to rent here, this is what you would expect and should be prepared for. Get yourself a portable heater before winter.
To future tenants, I hope your experience is better than mine. Before signing a lease, I suggest calling the number listed on the website, but instead of pressing 1 for new tenants, press 2 (or whatever number the instructions say) for existing tenants and see if anyone actually answers. It might give you a clearer picture of what to expect.
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience over the past 9 months.
