Major mouse infestation. This was like nothing I've ever experienced. They got into every single room, every drawer, EVERYTHING! I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of my food and my dogs food. Management placed 2 glue traps and considered that good enough, they put me on the pest control list and he also placed 2 glue traps which I had to deal with myself later. The pest guy said every building has this issue. They were chewing through the carpet in the closets coming in and coming through the heaters, I sealed everywhere I could and they still got in. Management didn't care at all. There are also roaches everywhere.

I have been living here for the past five years from the first day of moving. I’ve noticed I had a mice. Infestation didn’t think it was any much of a problem, knowing that a lot of places have them but these are like no other mose you’ve ever seen. They are not shy they come out while you’re walking run all over your feet create constant holes that they keep sealing up no matter what they remake the hole after two years and a half and started getting Cockroaches never had cockroaches a day in my life and none of my apartments which was a big issue for me that kept sending extermination and finally the temptation went down, but I still see some every so often Appliance and wear and tear will start to peel off the walls. You’ll start seeing the holes that were there are from previous residence the closet doors keep coming off the hinges the pipes keep busting in the walls clogging the event in the bathroom barely works my fridge just broken and they keep coming to fix it, but still makes the same noise the doorbell that supposed to work hasn’t worked in five years I haven’t used my heater at all the five years. I’ve been here the night that I really wanted to use it, but when you wanted to, you can cause it smells like straight mouse piss I’ve never had any issues with any of my apartments until I moved in to this apartment, so if you wanna chance it by all means go right ahead just know that they do charge you on arm in a leg when you move out regardless to the deposit that you have with them good luck and I hope you guys all read these reviews before you move in

Moved here as of yesterday. I’ve already had the worst experience with the leasing office. They handle situations very unprofessionaly. My car got towed and the tow company was cool about it, they wanted to confirm that we moved in the day before and I could get my car back no charge. I put the property manager on the phone and she told them I moved in the week before. Like what? No, I moved in yesterday from Boston. I confirmed with the receipt from renting the uhaul.
Both Linda and Kim got very defensive like they couldn’t help me out at all and it’s completely my fault. They refused to call the tow company in my presence which I found strange. So I ended up paying the $160 to get my car back from PARKING WHERE I LIVE, when all they could of done was confirm that we just moved in.
Also, come to find out , another unit had the same key as us to get into our apartment unit (not the main enterance). If you do move here. Please confirm, or request your locks changed immediately.
Great way to welcome your new tenants to the community!
