  The room itself is good. But the team works bad. Almost every month, I lose a package or an Uber Eats delivery at least once. The package room in Phase 1 is often left open, and anyone can enter without access during office hours. I have also noticed that many packages in the room appear to have been opened, which raises serious safety and security concerns.

  Woafa is the best! She has been trying her best to find what fits our needs! She is so inviting and so quick to respond ! Because of her such willingness to help, it made it possible for us to find a wonderful unit at Audubon! Many thanks to Woafa!🥰

  It was a pleasure moving my daughter to Audubon apartment. The apartment itself is lovely, with an efficient layout and elegant features and fixtures. The management team is equally impressive, providing excellent delivery, mail services, cleanliness, and garbage management. It's clear that a lot of effort goes into making this a great living experience, and it's the people behind the scenes who make it happen. Every interaction, whether phone call or visit, was positive and made the process smooth. A special shoutout to Adriana Vargas, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the leasing process. Her problem-solving attitude made a big difference, and we had a very good experience overall.

  We have absolutely enjoyed our time here at the Audubon (almost 3 years during our transition to our new house). The staff is amazingly friendly, attentive and truly cares about the people who live here. From Dan and Woafa in the office, administration and logistics, to Scott and Eric in maintenance, and everyone else in between - they all focus on community, safety and are here to support our every reasonable ask and comfort. We will be transitioning out soon, but all are still treating us as a valued members of the community as though we are going to be here forever. Woafa, thank you again for helping us over the past three years and always having a big smile as you greet the public. The building amenities are Top Noche, clean, well maintained and accessible. We used them regularly as they promote socialization, exercise, and fun, while creating a friendly neighborly atmosphere. We loved the golf simulator, roof top spaces to gather with friends and neighbors, the community kitchen, art room, pool area and gyms. There is also no shortage of quiet workspaces and lounge areas that we leverage as remote workers. All the community spaces are kept clean and are well maintained. We had a couple of issues with our apartment, nothing crazy - the reason we mention it is because the attention to response time to resolution was and has been quicker than we would expect for such a large building. We always would get a response same day or next with a clear repair day based in urgency. We never waited more than a day or two for minor issues while the one bigger issue (caused by the neighbor above) we immediately addressed and fixed (within hours). If you are looking for a great place to experience New Haven's best, want to be in a safe, clean friendly community and love amenities, then the Audubon is the place for you! Not to mention a great support staff that is available and puts it residence first. Team Audubon, thank you for all the help and amazing experience, we are sad to go! Sincerely Amy and Ted

  I've had a great living experience at the Audubon. The amenities are top notch, the apartment spaces are modern, and the staff are second to none. I'd like to call particular attention to Woafa Said, Assistant General Manager, who has been my "go-to" from the start. Woafa conducted my initial tour, guided me to an amazing option (which I think was a huge upgrade) when my unit of interest was off the market, and has been a steady presence in my day-to-day at the Audubon. When I need help with maintenance (infrequently!), want to reserve an amenity space, or just have a question about how something works in the build, Woafa is there to help. On the whole, I have found living here to be a comfortable and high-end experience. The gyms are great, the rooftop and grills are beautiful, and the amenity spaces are impressive to say the least. How many other buildings have a golf sim? Are there things I'd change? Sure. The pool temperature really ought to be a bit higher. The fire pit should be serviced this spring. The leftmost EV charger doesn't connect to the AmpUp network consistently. But overall, there is absolutely no other place I'd rather live in New Haven and I credit the amazing staff and Woafa for making this place what is it. Thank you for all of your hard work to make this apartment building feel like a community and a home.
