  The walls in this building are unfortunately paper thin. You can clearly hear both upstairs and downstairs neighbors’ daily routines, which can be frustrating, so I wouldn’t recommend this building if you are sensitive to noise. That said, the team at Anthem truly stands out. Monica is incredibly responsive and warm, and Liana at the front desk, along with Miguel, consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home. The amenities are also well maintained and genuinely appreciated. Their effort and professionalism make a big difference in the overall experience.

  I recently toured Anthem Square while searching for a 1 bedroom apartment, and I had a great experience. I toured with Liana, who was extremely welcoming and accommodating even though I didn’t have an appointment. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She was helpful and attentive, guiding me toward the best options to meet my needs. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. I wish I were able to lease right away, but I’m definitely looking forward to relocating this Fall.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Drove 3 hours here to tour the Aparment. Online it states they had an appointment for 11 am to tour. The morning of we received an email stating our tour was canceled as there as no one there to show us the site. 10 minutes later we received an email asking us to confirm our appointment. With all the confusion we decided to call to confirm if the appointment for the tour was still on which they had confirmed. When we got to the site we waited 20 minutes before calling the number. We then received a call from the leasing manager stating that no one is in and will be available to give us a tour. The manager also stated that no one ever comes in on this day and it has been this way for months. For a luxury apartment to post and advertise this date for touring online and also posting that the leasing office is open on this date in front of the apartment this situation was extremely disappointing and disheartening. Communication with future tenants is very important and judging by the other online reviews they do not seem to have communication covered with their current tenants.

  I previously registered my pet as an emotional support animal, paid the registration fee, and now, almost 8 months later, the $35 pet fee has been reinstated. Furthermore, an unexplained $9.25 "income fee" had been added to rent. I explicitly only did not pay those two fees because they are illegal and breaking contract. Days later, the billing system has obfuscated the fees due, reducing the pet fee to 23.34, claiming i did not pay my water fee, and changing the "income fee" to a $5.25 "fee income," which in itself is a renaming of the administrative fee. These illegal accounting tricks are shady and predatory business practices, and adding those increases across hundreds of units effectively squeezes extra thousands of dollars from renters a month; and tens of thousands of dollars a year. Front desk/leasing office at Anthem Square 10 and Audubon cannot be reached, so now I have no option other than public shaming. Do not rent from this place, and do not rent from Spinnaker. EDIT: They are now stonewalling and claiming that not charging pet rent is a courtesy even thoughthe pet is registered as a support animal at the beginning of the lease. To further add salt into the wound, they have now raised pet fees to $50 and $400 for registration. Predatory pricing, no?
