  Melissa Fidanza and her team were unbelievably professional, kind and efficent at selling my childhood home. Melissa took care of my mother as if she was her own mom and made the process easy and effective. Because Melissa's hard work and attention to detail we were able to sell my parents' home for well above asking price. We could not be more grateful to Melissa and her team!

  Melissa is a most amazing person. Her impressive real estate knowledge is front and center the first time you speak with her. But what quickly becomes apparent too is the level of care and support she provides her clients. I feel so very fortunate to have had her as the selling agent for my mother’s condo. She always got out in front of any possible issues, kept me fully informed and always responded quickly when I reached out to her. She contacted tradespeople for me. She always negotiated for my benefit. She explained things fully to me. Her unwavering support and expertise made all the difference during a difficult time for me and my family. I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough!

  When my husband and I were buying our first home in 2016, we were working with a realtor whose philosophy was that we would do all of the work despite the fact that we were brand new to the process and really didn’t even know what was important to us; he was just looking to show up with a key to show us a house. Our relative said, “You gotta meet Melissa.” We connected, Melissa really understood our needs and preferences, and one showing later, we were buying our first home. Fast forward a few years and we started considering a change but this did not come without lots of contemplation, so many things to consider. Melissa was with us through all of it; she took the time to show us houses even when she knew in her heart that it wasn’t the right one or the right time for us given our situation and the state of the market. She was there for conversations in different moments over the course of several YEARS until it became time to actually make a move. We encountered many challenges when selling our home, and Melissa was there encouraging us to stay positive and always having a plan for next steps so that we could focus on keeping our heads up. At her suggestion, we fell in love with a piece of property we had had our eyes on for twelve years and we are now building a home and living out a dream. Melissa has been so much more than our realtor; she has been our emotional support person, our cheerleader, and an incredible wealth of knowledge as we navigated the most important decisions of our lives.   Melissa is extraordinary! She was very helpful in the sale of my parents’ home. I live out of state, and she told me she would take care of everything and she came through beautifully. She did it all, from working with contractors to make repairs to cleaning out the house to getting it listed. We were very pleased with how quickly everything came together. Melissa has extensive knowledge of the market, is extremely professional, responsive and communicative. I would highly recommend her whether you are selling or buying.
