  We still have snow in the parking lot from the last storm which was several weeks ago and we have just been hit with a storm today. The plow truck company has done their best job to clean the area with the instructions they were giving by the property manager- however, there is so much snow that it is a serious safety hazard. There is also currently no sand or salt on the grounds- not even in the main areas. I have slipped several times this morning just trying to clean my car. There was no plan put in place for effective removal of snow. My family and I have lived in this apartment complex for over 32 years. In the past, our very competent property management had a very organized pre-planned snow removal schedule mailed out and emailed out days in advance to provide clear instructions and prior notice to all residents. Tenants were given clear instructions on what time they were expected to move their car, depending on which building they lived in. In a very systematic approach, tenants in each building would move their car and then the plow truck company would plow the entire area of the lot. Then the tenants would park their cars normally and the plow truck would move onto the next scheduled area. Tenants were told that if they did not move their car by that scheduled time, they would be fined. This was a very effective, organized approach with clear instructions. Now, over twenty years later, I am left disappointed and worried for the safety of myself and my parents, who are much older and cannot survive falls. I am worried for other tenants, too, who have expressed similar concerns. I asked Rosa the current property manager to have the snow removed more effectively than the last time, and to have salt and dirt sprinkled. This is a preventable safety concern and I was hoping it would be treated accordingly. Her response was cold, unhelpful, and it did not address all my concerns. We have had similar responses due to other severe maintenance issues. We are a family that really does not try to create any trouble- but the management seems to be taking advantage of this.

  Listen to the bad reviews here they’re not lying left a year ago and have not regretted it. Super roach infested, dirty, and very rude people / management. Always threatening to fine you or accuse you of something you’ve never done. I have actual video of maintenance people attempting to get into my apartment without authorization. They have keys to your apartment so be wary and attentive at all times living here. If you like to live with roaches , ants , mice, rude people, nosey management / maintenance people , uncontrollable pets , pigsty like environment, laundry machines never working correctly burning clothes, getting your packages stolen and drug addicts this is the place for you. Oh and if it snows here good luck with your car in the lot it’s a 100% chance they’ll leave the entire lot snowed/iced out for you to deal with & a 50/50 chance your car might get crashed into by another vehicle since they don’t care about their residents. I’ve seen cars hit other cars in this complex, ladies falling on the black ice walking to their car, vehicles being broken into, etc. I can continue with all the negative outlooks living here but I don’t get paid for it. Live here at your own discretion & management don’t bother responding back to me cause there’s nothing you can do to make this right that’s why I left! If you can afford better please avoid this place. The people that openly choose to live here are forced to and got accustomed to this poor living lifestyle. They’re better options out there avoid this one.

  I moved in may 1st and moved out Oct 1st 2025!! Specifically building 188 is invested with roaches and my specific apt 103 was invested way before I moved in and they knew that as well before I moved in. 3 tenants before me broke their lease due to roaches as well. They even have them in laundry room. They send out the pest control and they spray and that made them worse. Outside building door locks are always tampered with. Residents leave their windows open all day no screens causing them to have mice on top of roaches. Confirmed by their pest control as well. Don't recommend living here AT ALL.

  Lived there for just over a year and was a nightmare about a month after I moved in. Disrespectful and rude neighbors and management did nothing about it. Forced me to move out was their solution SMH

  I’ve lived in this complex for 3 years in a 1 bedroom and 1 year in a 2 bedroom. The overall experience has been very pleasant. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and the leasing office has always been very easy to work with. They are always very helpful and timely about answering any questions and fixing any issue that may arise. The apartments themselves are well maintained, clean, and reasonably priced for the area and space you get.
