  We have lived here for almost 10 months now and we have had a great experience. The neighbors are friendly and say hi as you pass by walking dogs, hold doors, and chat by the poolside. From the first day we began moving in neighbors greeted and introduced themselves. A few months after moving in, someone had hit my car and a neighbor saw it and immediately let me know. We’ve had a couple routine maintanence issues, they come by next day to take care of. The property is well maintained and nice. The staff in the office are helpful and always welcoming when you go to the office, especially Angie she is quick to say hi to every person who walks through the door. My son and I absolutely love the little events and special days the team throws. You can see the care and time they put into everything they do.

  We moved here after downsizing from a house. It was difficult to find an apartment that actually had some storage other than just strictly for clothes and dishes so we were so happy to find this one that has a ton of kitchen cabinets, pantry closet, coat closet, laundry storage, walk-in closets in both bedrooms and even a porch storage closet. Bonus for us that there's a porch, in-apartment washer & dryer and a community pool! I also have to say that we submitted service requests a few times (parking lot light was out, toilet was clogged and closet door came off the track) and were astonished that they were all were resolved the very next day after the requests, awesome!

  Town Place Apartments is such a wonderful place to live! Peaceful surroundings, friendly neighbors, and a super helpful maintenance team make it perfect. Seven months here, and it’s been everything I hoped for and more!

  I moved into Town Place because it was a smaller more “homey” complex with great amenities and well-lit sidewalks to safely walk my dog…now, 13 years later, I have met and made life long friends within this community. Management, aka Angie et al, has always been professional , friendly, and helpful! You won’t hear any horror stories here about something breaking and taking months to get fixed. The maintenance crew is wonderful and if something needs fixing it’s done in a timely manner, even same day! The grounds are beautifully maintained and you know the hallways and staircases have been cleaned when you are greeted with the smell of Fabuloso!! Definitely a place to call home. 5 stars ⭐️

  My husband and I have been living at Town Place for over 2 years now and we love living here. The community is quiet and friendly, the amenities are super convenient and well maintained, the maintenance team is extremely responsive and fixes any issues quickly, and the office staff is attentive and helpful. It really feels like a little community here. It's as comfortable as you could want without owning your own home. If you're considering living here, we highly recommend it!
