  Moved in Friday! Bath tub clogged with paint chips! Juan came Saturday Instead of calling me to tell me that they were not going to bull able to fix it until Monday they left me a note!!! A note! Now I am not sure about how they are personally but I hope to GOD they like to take showers daily as we do!!! Got a call at 9:30pm voicemail telling me I would be contacted today Sunday! Oh and how the outside vendor is backed up with work?! Idk but I am sure I can get Rotor Rooter here in a few hours!! I have left three messages so far! No call back! Not only am I exhausted from moving but not being to use the shower in an apartment that is not cheap to rent is pushing me over the edge! Horrible Just horrible!!!

  I’ve moved in six days ago. I’ve already encountered several issues with the unit. One of the worst was when my toilet didn’t budge to flush. I waited two days to finally reach someone in the office to report the issue. At 10:00 am I was told a ticket will be submitted for maintenance. Mind you I was home all day and by 4:00pm still no maintenance worker showed up. I called the office and of course no one is available to answer the call as usual. Leave messages and email and no one reply’s back. Therefore I hit the prompt number to report the issue as an emergency. Finally a maintenance person showed up “ where was he all day when supposedly a ticket was submitted at 10:00 am? “ “ I guess, not having a toilet working is not a big problem “ nevertheless maintenance finally showed up and he was unable to fix the toilet. At this point I was so disappointed that I really needed to have the property manager come take a look at the unit to address my concerns. His name is Daniel, very nice guy who actually went above and beyond to resolve all the issues the unit had. Not to mention even a new toilet was installed. Daniel appeared to me as an individual who is passionate of his title and cares for his tenants. He will do what’s right by you. It’s important to voice your concerns especially when it involves your environment. Thank you Daniel!

  Deceptive. Greedy. Untrustworthy. The Town of Manchester has an ordinance banning street parking every night between 2 and 6 a.m. The company knowingly and intentionally omitted this information during the leasing process. They were aware my roommate and I had two cars. We would not have accepted the lease if we were aware of the ban. A new company took over and things got worse. Office staff is disrespectful and maintenance will literally confront you in the parking lot and cuss you out because you complained. Once again don't move here. They also randomly change policy and take parking spaces away. They don't maintain the property. Exterior lights broken and out for months, flooding walkways, no landscaping, garbage left everywhere. Do. Not. Move. Here.
